Training

RentEase has established training centers that aim to promote and upgrade professionally trained and efficient operators for AWP equipment under the skill development program launched by the Government of India through the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). The training centers will provide a support system to the AWP equipment industry by providing trained Operators to enhance work efficiency, safety & security with a reduction in project cost.

RentEase is a proud member of  ` the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF)’ which promotes the safe and effective use of powered access equipment worldwide in the widest sense – through providing technical advice and information; influencing and interpreting legislation and standards; and safety initiatives and training programs. IPAF is a not-for-profit organization owned by its members, which include manufacturers, rental companies, distributors, contractors, and users of MEWP.

RentEase is in discussion with ‘Infrastructure Equipment Skill Council’ (IESC), to have the best training center in India for MEWP.

IESC is a ‘Not for Profit’ organization promoted by the Indian Construction Equipment Manufacturers Association (ICEMA), supported by the Confederation of India Industry (CII), and funded by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to spearhead the skilling of the workforce in the Infrastructure Equipment skill Sector.
